Rules

1. All ads inserted are free and have an expiration time of three months. Seven days before expiration an email will inform you about it, and will indicate you how to renew or cancel your ad;

2. Uploading 2 pictures is also free. For uploading more pictures and/or highlighted ads you have to insert paid ads or purchase a banner in the site main pages;

3. All required fields in the submit form have to be filled, especially the price in the case of property sale;

4. Ads are reserved to individuals and companies, not to resellers. Reseller companies can only insert paid ads;

5. Possible expressions of interest in property sales will be directly forwarded to the client. Therefore a user inserting an ad should take into account possible taxes (registration, VAT etc.) because the price shown must be inclusive of all taxes.

6. Possible expressions of interest in property swap will be handled by private email between the users;

7. Pointel Communication Spa reserves the right not to publish an ad for reasons at its sole discretion;

8. Submitted data will be treated according to the Privacy Policy;

9. Anything not listed in this regulation refers to rules of law;

10. Any disputes shall be exclusive jurisdiction the Court of Ischia;
